Hansal Mehta is an Indian film director, writer, actor, and producer. He won the National Film Award for Directing Shahid in 2013. He then went on to direct City Lights, Aligarh, Simran, and Omerta. He also directed the critically acclaimed web series, Scam 1992 which is available on Sonyliv.
